Meet Our Mediator - Nicole Jevtovic

From her experience as a family lawyer representing clients at mediations and arbitrations, Nicole became passionate about the benefits of mediation and realised that a good mediator is a necessity in obtaining a fair agreement between parties. This is why Nicole decided to undertake the course to become an accredited FDRP in order to assist more families who are going through separations.

Throughout her years of experience as a family lawyer, Nicole realised the importance of resolving parenting and property disputes outside of court. The Federal Circuit Court and Family Court system has an increasing number of cases and does not have the ability to deal with them swiftly. After seeing the many months, it can take a matter to even first appear before the court, she became an advocate for negotiation and mediation to resolve family law disputes.  As a mother of three children, Nicole has a personal connection to family law. She understands how emotionally challenging separation can be and is sensitive to the complexities of finalising parenting and property settlements.
